Monohon Ramen

Monohon is Japanese slang for “the real thing.” While London has seen a boom in ramen bars in recent years, most felt too fusion for Monohon Ramen’s founder, chef Ian, who lived in Japan in the ’90s. Monohon was born from his desire to bring an authentic Japanese ramen experience—and the lively energy of back-alley ramen joints—to London.
